  • If the package was stolen or damaged while been shipped by carrier, only the carrier can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package or replacement value.

  • customer shall call and make a claim within 12 hours upon delivery in accordance with the tracking number.

  • we will look into our records/pictures to see if the shortage/error happened on our end.

  • WE can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long.
  • if we receive the package back, we will send it back again to the owner with no issues.

There will be a 10% restocking fee + any applicable shipping charges for the package returned to us for reasons beyond our control. That is in case customer no longer wants the order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for re- shipping return to sender package to assigned address on file.
